Isaac joined Templar Baker Group in January 2025 as a Fundraising Coordinator, bringing a strong background in political campaign operations and public relations. In this role, he focuses on donor engagement, event coordination, and strategic outreach to support the firm’s fundraising initiatives.

 

Before joining Templar Baker Group, Isaac served as Personal Aide to the Candidate for the Mike Rogers U.S. Senate Campaign, where he played a key role in managing communication and outreach efforts at fundraising and political events. His work on the campaign strengthened his ability to build relationships, execute high-level event logistics, and support the candidate’s daily operations.

 

Prior to his time on the campaign trail, Isaac worked as a Public Relations Contractor for K2&Co, where he refined his skills in social media management, content creation, and marketing strategy. While in this role, he pursued a Public Relations degree from Michigan State University.

 

A native of Midland, Michigan, Isaac grew up in a large family with five siblings and spent time focusing on basketball. When he’s not working, he enjoys perfecting his culinary skills—especially making a mean French Dip sandwich.
